Our professional training programme ensures that each trainee has the support to progress through the tough examinations, as well as an unrivalled general practice work experience package which encompasses all areas of work undertaken by our business. This range of work experience is not generally provided by the larger accountancy firms.

New trainees will be enrolled onto a professional training programme with either:

• ICAEW
• AAT
• ACCA
• ATT

In order for a staff member to obtain the training qualifications, it may involve them participating in an apprenticeship scheme.

Opportunities are also available for administration and support staff which are vital to provide effective and efficient services to our clients. On the job training is provided for those fulfilling these positions.
